Ordering your little things
Can I order through the site?
You can build a bag and send an enquiry now. Online card checkout is being set up. We’ll confirm the pieces, availability and shipping with you before any payment.
What’s included in a bat bundle?
The Night Flight has one small, one medium and one large bat. The Pocket Colony has five small bats. The Whole Roost has three of each size: nine bats total. They come in black ASA; hooks, keyrings and display accessories are not included.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
The photographs show our actual prints. Fine print layers are visible, and hand-painted finishes vary a little. Bat model illustrations are labelled and shown alongside real photos.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We’re setting up shipping within the United States. Rates and dispatch estimates will be confirmed with your enquiry before you pay. International shipping is not available at this stage.
How much will shipping cost?
It depends on the pieces and packaging. A small bat and a painted shelf companion need different protection. We haven’t published flat rates yet; ask us for the shipping total for your bag.
Can I combine pieces?
Yes—add them to one bag and send a single enquiry. We’ll check how best to pack them together and confirm the total.
Care & materials
How do I look after my print?
Dust gently or wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Don’t soak painted pieces or use abrasive cleaners. Avoid dishwashers, direct heat and hot cars. Small printed details deserve gentle handling.
What are they made from?
The material is listed on each product page. Most current pieces are ASA. Some other pieces use PETG or PLA, which should be kept away from heat. Fine layer lines are a natural part of the printing process.
Are these for young children?
These are decorative pieces with small parts and fine details. They aren’t intended for very young children. Keep small pieces out of reach.

If a piece arrives damaged or something isn’t right, email us with your order details and photographs. We’ll review it with you. The applicable shipping and returns terms will be confirmed before payment while online checkout is being prepared.
